Can you guarantee page one on Google?add
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee where Google will rank a website. Rankings depend on competition, location, demand, content, reputation, links, technical quality and Google itself. Cosmic gives you a sound website, structure, tools and data to improve over time. SEO is not overnight.
Can you guarantee leads?add
No. Cosmic cannot control how many people search for a service or whether they choose one particular business. We improve presentation, enquiry capture, follow-up and organisation. You still need to answer enquiries, quote properly and deliver good work.
How long does SEO take?add
Usually weeks or months, not days. A new site needs time to be crawled, understood and trusted. Competitive services and locations normally take longer. Useful content, technical quality and a good reputation all need consistent work.
Is Cosmic just a website builder?add
No. Cosmic combines your website with lead management, Inbox and SMS, bookings, follow-up tools and Growth with Lumi. The website brings people through the front door; the system helps you manage what happens next.
Do I build my own website?add
No. You give us accurate information about your business and choose the direction you prefer. Cosmic creates the first site for you. You review it and can edit supported content before and after launch.
Do I own my domain?add
Yes. A domain you buy belongs to you. Keep it registered in an account you control, even if we help connect it to Cosmic.
Is the domain included?add
Your domain is not included in the subscription — connect one you already own, or we can help you get one.
What happens if I cancel?add
You can cancel without a long contract. Your Cosmic subscription and hosted services stop at the end of the paid period. Your domain remains yours, but the Cosmic website and connected product tools require an active subscription.
Why does Cosmic cost £79 a month?add
The subscription covers the professionally built website, hosting and infrastructure, CRM and lead tools, Inbox and supported SMS features, bookings, Growth with Lumi and ongoing product maintenance. It is the website and the system behind it, not a page-builder licence.
Do I still have to follow up leads?add
Yes. Cosmic captures and organises opportunities, but it does not quote jobs or run the business for you. Fast, clear follow-up is still your responsibility.
What does Lumi do?add
Lumi helps draft content, reads available website and search context, identifies practical opportunities and helps explain performance. Suggestions are based on the data and business information available; Lumi does not invent results.
Does Lumi publish everything automatically?add
No. Meaningful marketing and SEO changes should be reviewed by a person before publication. Lumi recommends and drafts; you approve what represents the business publicly.
Can Lumi invent claims about my business?add
No. Cosmic's content checks restrict unsupported claims, statistics, accreditations, reviews and local assertions. If the information is not confirmed, the draft should say less or ask for evidence.
